Steps to register a complaint by the end user.

(BSNL Officers/Officials outside QA Circle)

 

1.     New User-Registration.(If you have already registered, Pls  goto step:5)

2.     User ID –Provide HR Number( User details with wrong HR Number will stand “DELETED”)

3.     Provide all the other details in the form

4.     Your User ID gets created with the User ID you have given and the password is ‘qabsnl

5.     Login with the User ID and Password

6.     Change your password

7.     Login with the new password

8.     Go to Add Feedback

9.     Enter the details of the case. Verify the entries before submission.

10.                        Any dummy , irrelevant entries will stand automatically “DELETED”.

11.                        Status of the case can be monitored at any point of time by logging in.

 

Steps to monitor the feedback complaints by QA Officers

1.     Enter your User ID and Password.(Provided by QA Circle Computer Section, Bangalore)

2.     A list of cases which are in different stages will appear.

3.     Necessary action taken report may be entered relevant to the case or complaint.

4.     Different types of reports can be generated which are available in the module, can be viewed and processed.
